(1) Full Registration is if you wish to attend for the whole 3 days, COST is $395.00 per person if a deposit is received by 31st January 2012.

Registrations received after 31st January 2012 will be $425.00per person for the whole 3 days of the symposium.

(2) Daily Registration is if you wish to attend for one or two days, COST is $150.00 per person per day.
